Hello everyone, I was a cash payer so was informed to know the cost from Billing team, I did not get anything in writing but was informed by Mahima that it will be 34-36 for small and medium biopsy and for long biopsy it will cost 40 or may be 42 I asked her for discount and old age discount she told me it will done once bill generated. When I got bill it was 43k I questioned on it as it was small biopsy done. But Mahima has miss behaved with me. I posted my feedback in goofy so they have contacted me and Mahima was sorry for her behaviour.I was informed by Bhawana and Gunjan that they will rectify the bill. However in my next vist to hospital one of the hospital staff stole the original bill from my file. And now hospital is not providing me my original bill. Wherein they have charged wrong amount on me. I was assured by Bhawana and Gunjan that they will rectify my bill and would refund the extra charged amount on me and would provide me my original bill. It is funny that Bhwana has shared all pages for discounted bill. And did not share my original bill she has shared the last page of my original bill. Wherein admin team has given discount after my discussion with dr. It's strange how could they have my original bill with them?
Now they are not refunding amount after correction they supposed to refund. They are not giving me my original bill wherein they charge wrong amount for doctors and technicians, a duplicate ECG was attached in file and have charged 350 for that some test that I paid for they charged me on that too. I'm getting lot many calls from them too take my comments back.I did so as I did not want to go ahead but now I understood they are fraud and keep doing this with others too. Hence I'm updating it here. I have attached my original bill that they gave me hand written discount. Which they have stolen from my file and now not giving it back. Please take a look of the invoice it's original written using a pen. They sent me last page of it but not the main page with wrong billing.
