I happened to watch Parineeta after many years again and was mesmerised by the movie and propelled to write a review:) Pradeep Sarkar - what a director, everything is in place.
Such a beautiful delicate love story which various charachters.
there is innocent friendship, there is pure love, there is infatuation, there is attraction, then there is jealousy, there is hatred, there is cheating in business deal.
Overall there is a cocktail of emotions and it leaves you utterly satisfied. Vidya Balan's 1 st movie and she is HIT. Good acting by Saif, Sanjay Dutt and all others are perfect in their roles.
Want to specially mention - RAIMA SEN.she leaves a mark in a short and sweet role of a bubble young girl.what talent!
And of course the complicated stages of relationship between a man and a woman.
Its all about TRUST and Unconditional Love!
How can I forget MUSIC -
Lovely songs apt for the old times of India.
Music, lyrics is perfect.
Backdrop and sets are perfect for the old times.
The movie remains with you for a longgg time.
