We booked our Char Dham package in the month of Dec 2022 through them.
We paid in advance for staying, travelling and flight tickets.
There were no booking details shared till 2 days before travel. After a huge follow up we received hotel details which were not booked. We planned to travel on Saturday night to reach early morning on Saturday and start early for Barkot. PNR number of Mumbai - Delhi flights shared by him 2 days before the trip was found cancelled when we tried to web check-in. He shared with us new tickets for Dehradun (via Goa) which resulted in entire waste day as we reached late evening in Dehradun.
Registration is required to visit Char Dham places was also not done.
Finally, the hotel where we stayed in Haridwar did the registration on behalf of Paradise.
Vehicle was booked for the entire travel for which Paradise Holidays was paid well in advance was also not booked. We also paid 30k from Dehradun Airport as he said additional advance is required for Vehicle payment as they required 100% advance.
After a lot of arguments on Sunday morning, we started our travel to face more hurdles. There was last moment change in hotels, they denied entry initially as no advance was paid or in some cases, we were not allowed to check out as payment was not done. We even paid some amount from our pocket to hotels to continue the trip.
In Guptkashi, our entire family was stranded outside as hotel payment was not done. All he was doing was calling random hotels in morning for booking where hotels would agree subject to payment.
We paid in advance for helicopter at Kedarnath which were also not booked and we on our expense have to travel on horse. He shared the reason that helicopter rides are closed but actually, he never tried to book them as we visually were able to see helicopter rides going on.
Vehicle which was hired for travel was also halted at 2 places for non-payment from Paradise.
After a lot of argument, we were finally dropped by vehicle at a hotel in Delhi as we were waiting for our written flight tickets, which we never got.
After wasting one day we from our end booked the flights for return for more than three times regular fare as Paradise Holidays had not done any advance booking and started fooling us.
You all are requested not to even try this travels for any plans as we can share that all you will get is mental harassment and your trip is only going to be worst day by day.
