We had a miserable cold meal at pj basaveshwarnagar. pizza, wedges, pasta were cold. cola warm. pasta greasy. garlic bread took the crown. Cold greasy soaked in some dip. staff had no idea what customer satisfaction meant or on the house meant. They would not waive the cost of the garlic bread. portion of tasteless pasta very tiny.
No responsible person around to redress grievance.
If this is the quality of food pj should close shop and leave town. If their value of their image/ reputation is 496 -397+ 39.70 serv chg+61.15 vat rs then it is over priced for an international brand.government can share officially 1/3 brickbats.
