Don’t take care of about clients,someone else will. Review on Pantaloons

I am always a badly dressed person who think that their are other interesting thing to spent time on than dressing.

I had recently visited the Pantaloon, Saket (Select City Mall) outlet for buying clothes. When you can't do something truly useful, you tend to vent the pent up energy in something useless but available, like looking for clothes. Few of the observation written below, The quality of the goods on display was not good as one the button was missing when, I open the purchase packet at home. My mistake, I trusted the well packed item I will have tough time getting the button or replacement done. I assume.

Price not competitive , I am kind of person who visiting Sarojini, Lajpat , Janpath Market from my school days. So I needed value for money which I did not find in store like Pantaloon. For those who are not familiar with these places like Sarojini, Lajpat , Janpath Market. This are some of the economical place to shop in Delhi. A consumer is a shopper who is sure what to buy .

Staff not very friendly . I was looking for T-Shirt with specific size for my kid . So I took the help of the staff for particular size of the same design & stuff. He told me “Yahi hai Sir, Bada Size nahi hai” he don’t even made an effort to search. Collection not at all good, I feel the collection of clothes much better at Shopper Stops, Lifestyle, Globus, etc.

Child Section , I found it costly. Simple toys from Fisher Price were being sold at much high rate, some of them where costly than Toysrus. It was tough time convincing my kid to leave the soft toys which he picked up.

Women Section , collection they have is not that good. I feel LifeStyle has better collections. Females can suggest more on these matter. Just to add here "Women do research and men shopping".

Men’s Section – Its ok, the focus is more on teens than person in mid 30’s like us. Market do understand people with wisdom should not be the focus area as they hard in shelling out money.

Misc, other section did not get much time to explorer but looks ok type.Alteration , When asked about alteration of my wife’s suits, they said collect it tomorrow which was not possible being weekdays ahead. On multiple request, he did not agree to do it on the same day. No problem, will get it done in local market.

Escalator , works in one direction upward only. Saving cost here. I prefer stairs but when with kid, you feel wish escalator was for down stair also. I feel it would be tough for old people. AC was off during after for short time period due to load shedding. Its peak summer time, I can understand.

Leg Massage , this is the only section which I liked. They were giving free leg message, but unfortunately my kid did not allow me to enjoy much. Had to rush to attend his important queries on toys.

Payment section , The guy was co-operating enough to accept my plastic money. Was requesting get loyalty card but I had one from shopperstop which I find it not that useful at all. You can check them online too at pantaloon.futurebazaar.com/indexPantaloon.jsp
