I have purchased Panasonic Split AC Model number AU18AKYF, the buying experience was good and technician came and installed the product on Sunday(yesterday), after few hours of operations AC stopped working and started showing error code H19. I called
1) The shop from where I bought it - No Answer
2) Called the guy who installed AC - No Answer
3) Called Panasonic service centre - registered a complain and they gave me number of local service center. 3 mobile number out of which 2 were switched of(continuously) and one was busy for almost 4 hours.
After multiple try got through the area sales officer on Sunday night who promised that technician will call me at 10 am, tried calling him since 10 am till 4 PM - either phone comes busy or no answer. Called compnay outlet again who promised to send technician and then stopped responding.
Suddenly I got a WhatsApp message that my appointment is been rescheduled to 1st June(today is 27th May) and this is for the AC which was installed on 26th May.
First of all, I did not get any call to schedule any appointment and I got reschedule message - what’s happening Panasonic - so called number one brand of Japan?
Called customer care multiple time and tried to get to a manager, they promised manager will call me in next 2 hours, guess what - no phone call came…
I am frustrated - a new AC bought for 43k is not working from day 1 and pathetic responses from company, company showroom and installation guy. Everyone is like we sold the product now we don’t you.
I have read many reviews and was going for O General AC, after reading reviews decided to go for Panasonic, seems they are just buying reviews to sell more products. Even YouTube reviews seems like paid reviews now.
WORST BRAND WORST SERVICE.
No professionalism whatsoever.
I won’t recommend anyone to buy any product of Panasonic.

NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY PANASONIC AC.
I wanted to be 6 units in total. Thankfully bought 1 unit to see the performance.
