The microwave oven purchased in August 2019 broke down in January 2020 and ws repaired. Three year AMC was signed. On November 07, 2020 it stopped working again. Complaint was registered on Novenmber 7 itself. Technician visited and said some part needs replacement. There has been no progress thereafter, although I have been talking to the Service Centre in Mumbai every other day. I am fed up with their standard reply of "order for the part is placed and as soon as it arrives, repair will be carried out".
This is atrocious. What the hell is this part which is not available for nearly a month.
