Undear this price segment the phone is no dout good.but I have some trouble when it comes on customre service.the service is poore, even you cannot get your phone back in one day. They hold your phone for day after day.you have to be change your customer service.now days a person cann't wait too long for his phone.some of other companys are get back your phone in hours.
Billing is another issu for panasonic, in 11000 there are so many good product like xiomi rebmi 3, 3s prime.the same feature but in low price.
