Panasonic is Japanese company they start selling their smartphone since 2012 in India. Panasonic eluga ray max launched on the starting of 2017. today I am sharing reviews on Panasonic eluga ray max. I bought this phone a few months ago from Flipkart.
biggest issues of Panasonic phone are battery performance. battery performance of this phone is not good it has only 3000mah. after using some time battery drains very fastly. and charges very slowly. heating issue is also in the battery.
if we talk about networks of this phone it does not perform well. this phone network catches very less. sometimes after restarting it does not catch network instantly.
camera performance of this phone is very poor it is only for show off that it has 16mp of the rear camera. and the front camera is also not good.
it comes with the 1.3GHz octa core processor powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430. which is very low in this price range.
customer service of Panasonic is also poor when I went to him for battery performance they told me that it will solve in 15 days. but after 15 days they told me that I will solve in next 7 days so customer service is also poor.
charges and billing of Panasonic are good.
overall it is not a good phone to buy.
