I am having a harrowing experience after purchasing a Panasonic 2 Ton Split AC(inverter).
The unit stopped working within a month. Panasonic instead of replacing the whole unit repaired it after 10 days of my reporting the problem.
Then, the unit broke again!. Panasonic still did not replace the unit. Instead, they made a direct connection inside the unit to bypass the PCB. Can you believe this? I can’t. Now, the AC has stopped cooling. The icing on the cake is that I have a top floor flat(hence the tonnage) and I am without air conditioning in this sweltering heat. Thanks to Panasonic.
the most customer unfriendly company on earth. And yeah, don’t even think of contacting their so-called service heads. they think they are next to God!. You can’t call God. Can you?
I have decided to sell this piece as junk after 2 months of purchase. I don’t recommend this brand to anyone.
