The mall is very clean, with surrounded ac. Its is a 5 storey mall. The multiplex is at the 4th floor. There are total 9 screens and there are seperate counters for food and booking tickets.
The multiplex is very organised, the availabilty of tickets in this theatre is high due to more number of screens.
I have been to this multiplex for watching movies more then 50 times. I prefer it more then anything else because its a big mall with more privilage.
The ticket cost is normal just 120 for normal movie.and 150 for 3d movies. Its a good option to with your loved ones, family and kids. Its ambience is really beautifull, with fountain at the centre. The employees are also very friendly and polite. It also has a 2 storey parking garage, but the cost is too high according to me, per hour they charge 30rps. And the cost of food and snacks inside palazzo is too high, for eg: one normal puff is 120rps. Other then that this mall and multiplex has no drawbacks. Its one of my favourite mall.
