Hi I wanted to share my opinion about the Padmavathi Hospital ambulance service.
Recently my uncle was admitted to this hospital because he had a heart attack. the doctor advised to shift him to the Jayadeva hospital near bannerghatta road. The doctor suggested to take the ambulance service in the hospital to do the shift. We contacted the reception to provide the ambulance service as it was emergency. The reception people advised that the ambulance is not available and would take 10mins to reach. they made us to wait 40mins as the driver had gone for lunch. it was a horrible situation that the hospital never attempted for any other alternative facility. the ambulance driver was not familiar with the Bangalore roads and was not sure about the route to Jayadeva hospital. Finally it took 1hr 30mins to reach the destination.
Friends, that was a ridiculous experience which I have ever gone in my life. I was totally cornered and helpless because the hospital's poor ambulance service.
