Oyo considered to be one of the brand image in India. On 06| July| 2019 I booked an OYO hotel in Mathura.

Initially, before booking, I called that guy and asked him about the lift facility he told that its there. I along with my family reached the hotel approx 11 pm on the same day and found that there was no lift. It was very difficult for my parents to climb upstairs, but somehow we managed to reach the 3rd floor. The staircase was found to be dirty with pan masala spits and cigarette smell. After reaching the room the washrooms were found to be extremely dirty and stinking badly and the bed-sheets were also in the pathetic condition. I agreed to compromised with it as it was late night and moreover weekend.
After this once I spoke to the reception guy he was drunken and starting misbehaving with me. I told him I have booked two rooms for six people as per the OYO policy its allowed he told me that policy is not applicable here and its an OYO policy I have leased this property so here my policies will be applicable i.e. either you book one more room or pay for two extra person as in one room I can only accommodate two person. I started calling OYO Helpline and before calling I asked him his name he responded to me that his name is "Abhishek Sharma" and asked me to get out from there. After leaving the hotel I just called up OYO assist and they told they will be looking up to this matter in the morning.
I asked them to arrange some other hotel for me as nearby there were many, the guy from OYO assist told me, you can book a new one from OYO and we will be looking up to this matter in the morning as our representative will be visiting there and checking up the property. I told them I am your end customer this is not my problem that what will happen in your back-end. Once any OYO representative will inspect that property the hotel guy will bribe him and it will be again listed in OYO this is what is happening.
Finally next morning, I called the OYO assist once again and another guy told me that OYO will be initiating a refund and initiated a mail saying the same till date I haven't received the amount although their time limit is of 14 days (working days which will be close to one month). The original hotel cost was approx 4000INR, due to coupon applied it cost me 2500 INR(approx). But if some end customer without any coupon is paying that much amount for such a pathetic stay and getting insulted then there is no use of availing OYO. Even Brothels are better then OYO rooms. So please be aware before booking any OYO anywhere, this is an extreme thug services which these people are providing. I will request OYO to take some strict actions against this property and even if you return my money or not please un-list such hotels from OYO and maintain some standard.
