I am not sure whether I can use some un-parliamentary word here to put my review(But I really wanted to).


This is what happened for us,


1.On Sep 23 Booked 3 rooms on oyo for 9 adults and 3 kids in OYO 35609 Royal Garden Brindavan Resort, Mysore for Oct 4 to Oct 5.


2.After discount paid 3672.


3.As usual(Regular routine in OYO) one hr before the check-in got an msg from OYO, due to some technological issue property has been changed to OYO 17057 Narayani Residency, Mysore. And pay 12000 more to confirm your rooms.


4.When we went to OYO 17057 Narayani Residency, that is really a road side hotel but still they asked to pay 12000 more(Equivalent to 3 star hotel prize). for check in.


5.With entire family of 12 ppl we waited in the road and spoke with OYOmore than 20 times in call from 11am till 5pm.


6.And more irritating part is every time when I call they asked my details again and again freshly.


7.Then I cancelled to room and booked a room in 3 star hotel. That is much cheaper than this road side OYO 17057 Narayani Residency.


8.After that I got a SMS stating that for cancelling in last min please pay a penalty ofapprox 17000.


9.Once I am back to Chennai I called OYO to refund my money and really shouted at them. Then they agreed to refund.


10.Refund is initiated on Oct 6 and I am still waiting for the money.


11.I called more than 8 times to understand my refund status and the ask me to provide my details again and again.


12.Why can't they pick my details from my registered mobile number.


13.And today when I call very coolly they are saying your refund process is rejected due to some technical issue and I am re-initiating your refund process.


14.Dont know how many more calls I need to make to OYO to get my Money.


15.On the trip I lost my peace, happiness and now I am loosing my Money also.


This is kind of service what OYO can provide to their customers.


I am not going to stop here. I started working with an advocate to file a case against OYO in consumer court.
