OYO took full booking amount from us and our booking was confirmed . The day we reached chikmaglur the OYO The Lotus CHK manager informed us that there are no rooms available.
We tried to speak to the OYO customer care, but to no avail. After calling 25 times, ultimately the customer care told that the amount would be refunded back.
But can we ever trust OYO now? I will never recommend oyo to anyone as this is highly unprofessional and caused so much of inconvenience to us. The amount of stress we underwent because of oyo can never be described in words. So, please DONOT BOOK OYO ROOMS EVER. THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATS.
