Very poor service from OXIGEN wallet
website itself is a headache as it is so slow
problem in loading pages
and then customer care .that does not care
I made a payment on which cashback was applicable and it was to be received in OXIGEN wallet
later on my enquiry they told cashback NOT applicable
I sent further emails to reason it out but they dont bother to reply
how can they do the things as per their wish . ignoring customer concerns?
