I am Overcart customer for a very long time. Till a year back it was my go-to site for getting the best quality of unboxed and refurbished products.
My last purchase was almost a month ago, before that I had purchased some earphones and the from few of those, accessories were missing, this purchase was by end April and I had raised complaint to that effect, but they were just raising ticket nos after ticket nos but not giving solution, the only solution "offered" was ". We are looking into the matter ." this dragged till August. Few of the people involved were Mr. Abhinav and Ms. Yashika. I have spoken to them few times, but there is no real solution.
My last order with Overcart was for Beyerdynamics DT-880 32 ohm, thus this headphone can be used using mobile phone, but they shipped to me Beyerdynamics DT-880 600 ohm, which cannot be driven by the phones or normal players, it needs a very professional device, I did point this out to Overcart and only got ticket number and no solution, . I think their service now is pathetic to say the least, their customer care at 1800 11 6837 always tells you the customer care are busy, from 10 am to 6.30 pm, thus making me to beg the question,
A) do they really have customer care, or they just take the handset off and relax?
B) are they facing so many problems that their customer care is always busy.
I do not know the third option, but the two logical questions both do not sound good as a customer.
Further about the price, I often check the prices of the products, some of their "pre-owned" products are more expensive than brand new products,
The 2 TB Pre-owned WD My passport ultra cost abt Rs 5999 whereas on Amazon it's less than this price and that too for the new brand product with full warranty.
I had asked this question earlier, and I was answered that this is vendor based system and so it's up to vendors to quote a price, but if overcart people are not smart enough to advise vendors the pricing then its big problem. Because a customer would be cheated once, but then you lose reputation and also a customer because the customer would never buy from you. But unfortunately, Overcart are not smart enough to realize this,
So it comes down to the wisdom of management which apparently seems missing.
Overcart was a good company till a few months ago, as now it appears more like a sinking company that can close its doors more sooner than later

Product quality. nice to good
Delivery times, mostly fast, few times pathetic
Apps and website, not good.
