For 21 days continuously escalated to nodal & appellate that my internet link is fluctuating . so many time I visited ortel office but status remain same faulty, everyday I used to call 3-4 time to ortel customer care also no result came.
Now I have decided to go for some other ISP, How would be rail wire? m surveying on it. But when modem is online it performs actual bandwidth speed as per my plan.
