I want to share my experience about this cooler. I bought this cooler from the online by seeing its good features and benefits. But when it got delivered I got shocked because of its huge size. I bought it for about rs. 6500.
This cooler is difficult to place it in a small room. It is very big and space consuming. Because of it wheel it is easily to move but I could not place to my bed room.
The working was perfect for first two months later it started some damages on it disappointed me. Two ways air deflection got damaged and its cooling effect became reduced. I placed it in our living room. It was taking more than an hour to get cooling in the entire room. Its sound also became noisy and disturbed.
Its warranty is one year on this product. That's what we called customer care and told the complaint. But no one came to our home to repair it. Again we called them and mailed as well. But their response was too bad and later I had given this cooler to some other nearby technician. But again I paid 2000 rupees on beyond of the real price.
It is lost of money and full distressing. I could not use it continously for one year. So I am not satisfied and won't refer to my friends to buy this cooler especially for the small rooms.
