Hello,
I was traveling thru Orange travel on 02-10-17 from Nizamabad(Telangana) to Pune. The journey was a nightmare for us. The bus started at around 5.45-6.00 PM and even after 3 hours there was no stop for dinner or toilet. As there were ladies in the bus along with my family, they were required to relieve themselves in the dark on the road side. Finally the bus stopped at around 10.30 PM for dinner at a small dhaba and there was no good toilet to use. Again every one were forced to relieve in open ground.
As we got back and were hopeful of peaceful sleep as we have booked berth for the same, the nightmare started. The AC was chilling cold, and to add to this, the water started dropping down from all side of the AC vents and the channel. When we told attendant to look at it, he came and cleaned up the water. But soon it was again drizzling like a shower.
The curtains were all blk with the water coming down and I am sure this problem is there for quite some time and no repairs are done.
My daughter was suppose to sleep on that berth and due to this she was not able sleep whole night. Whole night we have to keep on cleaning the vent and top part of the bus so that drops do not fall on our face.
The berth I had, the curtain rod was hanging using some plastic bag and it was coming off every time driver apply brakes. Finally I have to take it off and keep it aside.
The quality of bus is pathetic and much to my dismay it really spoil the image of Orange travels that I had.
I will try to put this to Orange travels as well and putting it here along with photos for every one to see.
