Cell phone is really a boon people. There is no doubt about the usefulness of the cell phone service. The question will arise as follows,
-- the cost.. orange should see that it not cost prohibitive a common man should be able to afford it.
-- there are hidden costs in all the services provided, people use these services and when come know about hidden cost they loose the credibility and use the services not freely but scarcely only when must. So the freeness of use is lost in turn a loss of business to Orange by not increasing the revenue..... a loss in opportunity to increase revenue. The people at Orange know best how to do but they are not doing so.
-- these days it found that because of increase in customers in Mumbai, certain services are deleted. This is not good.
The cell to CELL PHONE COST MUST BE LESS THAN THE LAND LINE PHONE OR AT LEAST EQUAL TO LAND LINE as land line operational cost are higher than cell phones operational costs.
