Very poor HR.
Very alarming client handling.
Survives with existing projects of stone age technologies - no scope for further learning.
If you join on low rung techie jobs, they will suck your blood; If you are on high rung jobs, you will stay marooned without even having a clear understanding about what really your role is.
Patetic pre-sales. No assurance of new projects or technologies.
Head quartered at Pune; have office at Chennai as well. Always gives regional preference to Pune employees; in foreign travel, new opportunities, they show favoritism on all levels.
In Chennai, a higher number of regionalism is there in employees; Some one in senior posts will decide who’s to work on what and curb better opportunities to others.
Very poor salary package. No fringe benefits. Most of the time, the finance people play lot of dirty games to put employees in trouble. - not giving the meal coupons, incentives etc at time of F&F to employees who quit.
Out of the world(crazy) rules for tax proof submissions, that u’ll end up getting to pay taxes than what is liable to you.
Headed by a very smart CEO with great vision, but the top level managers and administration is 3rd grade.
Very poor work environment. No privacy to work, no ethics on work, the SDF is like a marriage hall.
Loses network, power at times, and very poor facilities.
