I had purchased Oppo F-11 Pro( a flagship phone of the company at that time). My Mobile's screen was coming out without any reason or force. I approached Oppo Service Center in my city. Instead of replacing the screen or phone, they applied some glue and wrapped Hair Bands(Rubber bands) around the phone and returned me with instruction to remove the rubber bands only after two hours. After few days same problem occurred. I again approached them and again they done the same thing and returned me the phone. But this time the phone's screen developed some yellow patches on the upper left corner due to tightening of Rubber Bands. I approached the online whatsapp chat of OPPO and they told me to visit the service station again. This time, I was out of the city so I send my wife and son alongwith the phone. But the service Center people misbehaved and returned the phone without repairing.
I approached OPPO India and OPPO Global on emails but they concluded the communication without any resolution. They have not taken any action on the responsible Service Center persons, who spoiled my phone and also misbehaved. Due to this type of response from Service Center and subsequently email correspondence, I cancelled my Oppo Reno 6 pre-booked on Flipkart.
From my experience, I can say that
(i) OPPO is using a very poor quality Screen and its glue because screen was coming out without any reason or force.
(ii) They intentionally using such material to increase the selling of their new products as by using low quality material they are reducing the life of their product.
(iii) They have not taken any action on the Service Center people, this shows they agree with the procedure adopted(applying rubber bands on the screen to fix it) and misbehaving with customers. This shows their mental level.
(iv) They are not affected at all. After fifteen days, they informed me that it was my fault and not any of their service Center people! How insensitive. I do not know why these people are opening their service centers if they are not designed to service the phones.
This way Oppo is a cheater Company and people should stay away from buying its products. I will do my best to make aware people of India about the facts of OPPO Company.
I am thinking of filing Complaint in Consumer forum or Court. If any one have Idea in this regard please inform me.
