Initially, I had a great phobia on the online shopping. I always thought that after I pay the money then what is the guarantee that they would shipped the product or correct one. Gradually, I used to thought that they would shipped the product but if it was not a good or damaged product then.
As I become older (salary increases) mentality to take risk increases and now I used to buy lots of products through online shopping. Here is the experience with Indiaplaza. At the very earlier stage to experience the online shopping flavor I ordered a book worth 200 from Indiaplaza. I got the book within 7 days in good packaging. This was my first confidence boost up for the online shopping.
After that I frequently ordered (mainly all book) and all those generally used to get delivered on time. Recently they have some offer buy 1 get 1 free. I ordered some products and this time I was not lucky and got wrong product. I emailed to their customer service and after 3-4 days Indiaplaza arranged a courier boy to pick the wrong item from my home. Then I had to follow up twice and indiaplaza send the correct products after 7-8 days.
After this incident I again ordered some products and this time I found that one part of the product is missing. I again mailed them. To my utter surprise they sent the missing item within 1 week. I am really impressed with the after sales service from the Indiaplaza.
Now besides these what I have found good about Indiaplaza....
- They have wide variety of products in their stable.
2. They used to deliver products through renowned courier like DTDC, BlueDart.
3. They always have different promotion all over the year.
- Tie up with all major banks and credit cards.
Now those are not impressive...
Their price is not cheap. They provide misleading MRP price and shows great discount.
Unbranded product quality is not great but those are advertised to make air like that.
3. The displayed items can not be sorted.
But overall it is a good site to shop. and I think there are only couple of good online shopping site in India and it is definitely one of them.
