Paytm gave me fake promo code and played with for some time to resolve then they said Promo validity is expired. Later they just closed the complaint without solving the issue.
Paytm failed to give the service to customers, Paytm prompts the new users to buy Paytmfirst product while the user adds the money to wallet. Most of the time Paytm gives invalid vouchers, promo codes.
Paytm first product is pointless as they are selling fake vouchers/Promo code.
Paytm charged me 750 INR for Paytm first subscription, as per the product deal they have to give me monthly uber eats promotion vouchers.
Uber eats is not accepting Paytm issued promo codes and they say it's invalid promo codes. I couldn't use Paytm promotion vouchers when I needed to order the food in uber eats.
Paytm is not taking any responsibility when promos won't work and Paytm people suggest us to speak their vendors. Paytm takes the money from customers and tells us to approach their partners to resolve the issues.
I raised concern on 25th July, still, they haven't resolved it and they bluffed me to resolve it in 48 hours and delayed up to July end.
After July they just closed my complaint and they said it's expired.
I tried to use it in July only, they had to resolve in July.
