After a long wait, one 2 ka four is finally out.A three and a half hour long movie full of encounters, drug deals, lots of bullets, action blah blah blah.
The main characters of the movie are :-
--Arun Verma(played by Sharukh Khan) :-He plays a cop in the movie and he hates kids.
--Geeta(played by Juhi Chawla) :-She plays a ‘Haryanvi’ gal,and you bet she’s absolutely hilarious.
--Jaaved(played by Jackie Shroff) :-He also plays a senior cop and has 4 loving kids.
--K.K.V(played by Nirmal Pandey) :-He plays the leader of the drug Mafia gang.
--The four kids
--Champak-He is Arun’s pal and is trying to be a music director in the film industry.
The basic plot of the story revolves around the drug Mafia gang.
Sharukh plays a junior under Jackie. Both are best buds in the movie, but Sharukh hates jackie's kids. They work in the special squad police department.According to the head officials they have a clue that many members in the police department are involved with the mafia.Jackie is handed over the mission to find the trail but unfortunately he dies in one of the encounters.
Now Sharukh gets all the responsibilities on his shoulders workwise as well as homewise.Juhi helps him get through the children.
As far as the climax goes it’s very ‘ghasituuuuu’.Lot of One 2 ka 4 happens.
Performances wise everyone has done a good job. There is no lack in the acting capabilities but the problem lies in the content of the movie.
Sharukh has acted well but is montonous. He looks good and is matured.
Juhi is absolutely remarkable in that ‘Haryanvi’ accent of hers. For instances—
-Sahab jee kapil dev ki kasam.
-Gusse mein to bilkul dharmendar lag riya hai
-mera rinky martin
-hello hai boliye jai mata di boliye
and so many more……..the only part of the movie that is enjoyable is when she comes on the screen.
Jackie above all has a short and sweet role.
All the four kids are good but the younger of them all is the best.
Nirmal Pandey is no big deal….He doesn’t have much to do and whatever role he has made mess out of it.
A.R. Rahman’s music is quite good. The tittle song is good but is not there in the movie(only in glimpses). The action sequences are good. The cinematography is good.
Inspite of good technicality, performances, music the movie lacks content.
If you love action maybe you could watch the movie once but otherwise it’s got nothing catchy which will grip you to your seats.
Maybe a mild headache will………
