On 20.2.15, I booked my important documents(pertaining to some medical bill reimbursement) through ondot couriers.
As per tracking record its showing tht the article has been delivered at Amjikarai, Chennai on 25.2.15, but not to the address where it was to be delivered exactly.
Since 26th I have been trying calling the customer care at Jaipur, Chennai, and New delhi, but none of them are bothering to pick the phone.
This is mind flushing for one who is eagerly waiting for the dox necessary for his bill clearance.
Ahh, god I hv lost the originals to the shitty ondot couriers.
