I had to travel by Omer travels, number of times to Bangalore (from Hyd) and here is the story.
If you book the tickets in semi sleeper volvo be sure that you would be travelling by a seater. The EXCUSE that the bus co-ordinator would give is the semi-sleeper bus has broken down. EVERY TIME YOU WILL GET SAME EXCUSE.
Moreover all the bus co-ordinators / conductors are horrible to talk to. They seem to have come from backward Muslim families (In general I'm not a racist but this is basis strong co-relation I've observed) and they would behave with you in the worst possible way.
Most of the time you will not get drinking water and the BLANKETS will STINK
If you are further unlucky then you will have to CHANGE BUS MIDWAY between Hyd-Bangalore, where they exchange passengers with another Bus service provider. Not that it should matter you as long as you reach Bangalore / Hyd, but if you have to WAKE UP AT MIDNIGHT to change your bus then it definitely matters you.
If the bus is at 1930 hrs then be sure that by the time you leave the city, it will be 2300 hrs. This is because of the pathetic arrangement of picking passenger from different locations.
I can go on and on n on with HOW SAD OMER TRAVELS is, but again its a waste of time, as I believe that most of the people will not bother to check reviews of bus services, if they have to travel for a short distance, but that one night of journey can be a nightmare and then people will refer to these reviews.
Internet is really a strong media to spread information.
