Mr Pankaj & Mr Kuldeep are big cheaters at Om Packers. With their sweet voice they accept your orders. Afterwards before delivery they starts blackmailing you by asking money. If you do not give money they do not deliver your goods & delays your planning of shifting. Their association are with local gunda mavali type cheap people as a channel partner & they do misbehave with your family including ladies. If you make complaint on their help line / customer care no, only 2-3 persons pick the calls & they are aligned with Mr Pankaj & Kuldeep; and ultimately customers are not entertained for their problems. They drag you in their dance & cheat peoples and enjoy themselves. they are big liars, unreliable. IBA License & certification should be cancelled of this company & ultimately company should be dissolved & both person should go in Jail. Their complaint should go in National consumer helpline of Modi Govt @ 1800-11-4000 Or 1915 and jagograhakjago.com and INGRAM(consumerhelpline.gov.in) and consumer online resource and empowerment centre. Indian penal code should be used against them.
