Om Cargo Logistics Movers & Packers, Nigdi, Pune is a thug and wholly on the business of cheating / fraud. I discussed and have understood with the above transporter for a value in shifting my household goods from Pune to Mumbai under GST billing. Transporter have agreed to all terms and we concluded for the service with issue of their GST certificate for all records for which transporter has submitted quotation which was accepted and binding. Payment was considered for all advance upon invoice/bill.

Transporter carried out packing and loading of the goods in the vehicle and have submitted invoice for which all payment was done. There after the transporter left from my place at Pune for their godown in Pune Office.

In the meantime, I asked the transporter to issue their GST certificate, to which there was bragging as transporter denied in its issue. After that transporter, started bargaining that to carry out transportation additional charges towards packaging, insurance, toll taxes, drivers fare and local bodies charges are to be paid before the truck can leave Pune for Mumbai, else the vehicle will be unloaded and all demurrage and wharfage charges with other miscellaneous expenses will be to my account. I was dumbfounded and couldn't understand a word.

After packaging and loading of goods, I had left for Mumbai to receive the goods there. It was sheer unpleasant moment and frustration with no option left as the transporter was insisting on further siphoning of payment to the tune of Rs 13000/- additional. Also the truck driver informed that the truck will not be released till the payment is done immediately else the truck will be unloaded at there godown. Under desperation and with no clue/option, have to carry out the additional payment. I felt cheated and desperate and called Just Dial for sharing such transporter number whose intention is for fraud and cheating and siphoning money. But Just Dial also couldn't help.

Moreover, the next day vehicle arrived at Mumbai, but for unloading, the truck driver demanded further amount for paying to local bodies in the feasibility of unloading. On replying that the amount has been paid in advance to the transporter and he can settle with the transporter, but all in vain as the transporter did not respond affirmly to the truck driver's call. I was totally devastated and couldn't understand the process. It all started for seeking the GST certificate from the transporter for all record purposes.

It is true that this transporter has gained professionalism and upper hand in arguing with its client after the deal is set for all cheating, fraud and making you uncomfortable/dumbfounded. Moreover, the transporter is hands in gloves with the Police as even the grievance complaint will not yield. The local police was questioned of why no action is being considered, to which the police is avoiding me and has shut all the doors for my insistence. Such is the situation.
