Selling on Olx. Review on Olx

I am an individual purchased/sold few items over a period of time, good idea to dispose of unwanted items periodically purchase items that are required. However I find nowadays,

1) Many individuals/brokers/re-sellers register themselves and spoil the idea, by making unwanted/unrealistic offers/not reading the description given in the ad, entering into an unnecessary exchange of information.

2) Not interested in knowing about the product in full, start negotiating the price

3) After inspection, one can easily find that the people have got no intention of buying the items asked for. They don't have any knowledge of the usage of the product in question.

4) Asking unnecessary information about Bank account details for deposit of the sale value, even for a few hundred rupees.

5) Not registering in the real name, rather under "Olx User" or under some illogical names

6) Interested buyers never part with their mobile Nos, rather always ask for sellers mobile No to discuss details, even if all the requisite details are furnished in the ad

7) If at all the interested buyers part with their mobile Nos, they do not attend the calls and always ask for unrealistic prices, meaning 10-20% of the cost of the items even the items is fairly usable/good.

8) Not entertaining mobile Nos in the ad gives a great advantage to the sellers to stop unwanted calls.

The Management of Olx should initiate steps to weed out such unhealthy elements to keep this sector growing
