Very very disappointing. They claim to give the best price in their ads and believe me their price was the lowest in the entire market. Even my next door garage was ready to pay me better than them. Cars24 gave me a good price but finally the best price was given by the showroom where I exchanged my old car with a new one. If someone wants to sell an old car without the option of buying a new one, I guess cars24 may prove to be the best option in the market. Everything from ads to their service was great, even the employees were very disciplined but they failed when it came to the quotation part which mattered the most. Do not waste your time. I have bought 2 cars in 2 years and I can assure you that with proper negotiation, one will get the best deal only at the showroom where one buys the new one because they have a lot of margin in the new car. Cars24 will give you the second best deal!
