I feel this review is:
I was going to Mumbai airport from borivali.I booked ola cab which came on time but just 2 kms afters starting my ride the tire get punctured.I was in hurry so asked ola driver to stop ride but the fare was 95 rupees just for 2 kms! Initially I was very angry but booked another cab first.After sitiing in another cab I called ola customer service and explained them situation.They refunded my 95 rupees before my next ride finished so I saved 95 rupees which I gave in cash earlier! This was so quick from ola.I agree that they need to improve the quality of car but this type of customer service is really rare.Refund was super fast.
