I took a ride in ola yesterday and at the end of the trip when I am about to pay the driver said he has received payment.
How could OLA use my ID n password to pay the driver at its will? I tried to contact support but without use.
Ola was HELL BENT on making me pay rather than solving my issue and throwing up some nasty useless text which is of no use at all at that time.
Only after I paid the RANSOM demanded by old did I get a way to contact support.it looked more like a ransomware. But the good thing is that I could brush it aside and use other apps.be careful with OLA or you may end up losing your money someday.
