Ola.. Such a bad service. First thing Ola auto service will never come for pick up if the mode of payment is online. They cancel rides without even informing. I reported this several times to Ola support but no action seems to be taken.


Second worst experience is the payments. Without much knowledge about Ola wallet service, and since Ola autos are not accepting rides, once in a hurry I had selected Ola postpaid option without realising I would penalised for it. Since then I took 4 rides worth of 1000/- for which the amounts were paid in cash.


To my surprise, I realised I am paying twice for every ride only after I received a call from Ola support asking to refill the outstanding Ola postpaid amount. Since then I tried contacting and emailing Olamoney support and Ola support through calls and emails with no response at all.


There were several emails sent out from my end but I did not get a proper response for even a single email.. only in September they called up and asked me to pay Ola's outstanding postpaid amount.


Each time they called, I explained very patiently but they say they can resolve it only if the query is raised within 30 days of the issue's occurrence. Beyond 30 days they can't do anything because they don't hold the data prior to 30 days... I kept quiet and the legal team began threatening with calls and messages. They don't even listen to the issue nor have the abilities to understand the query.. very poor in communication and IQ. It happened for the whole August, Sept and then I was very helpless and paid them off 1000/- along with late pay charges of 175/-.


Very very bad experience. I was at loss of 2175/- for using Ola service. I have all the proofs of my payments and chats with legal teams.


Reasons which made me penalised:


- Choosing Ola service firstly.


- Ola autos being cancelled by drivers if there is online payment option selected.


- No proper awareness on Ola post paid option.


- Paying amounts in cash and also deductions happening unknowingly through wallet.


- No text messages on Ola postpaid payments.


- Ola services not maintaining data beyond 30 days of issue occurrence. This is also a security and trust issue on Ola.


- Very bad customer support service.


- Very irresponsible and useless legal services team Ola.


- Support team has very poor communication and inability to speak and understand.


- Overall experience of mine is very troublesome and sick. Never I am going to use this service again.
