Hi everybody, I'm going to share my experience with Ola cabs.
Ola cabs has been used my most of the people in India and I'm one among them. My I really regret using it.
Recently, I booked a cab in Ola. Firstly, when I was trying? to book a cab in Ola, the app took so much time to detect my location and even after detecting the location was not properly pointing at my current location.
Secondly, when I tried to enter the Destination address, it couldn't recognise the location. After trying so many near by landmarks I got one when was detected by it.
And then, I booked a micro cab. It was finding a cab driver for me for a very long time and then it displayed as no cabs available.
After trying so many times finally a cab driver got connected and my cab was booked. When I called him to route his way to my location, he was not able to identify my location and he said someother landmark and asked me to come to that location to pick me up. As it was getting late I went to the location he mentioned.
It took him like 15 minutes to reach my location. And finally he picked me up and dropped me at the location.
I had a worst experience travelling with Ola cabs. On the other day, when I booked a cab and set my payment as Ola money, the can driver called me as asked which payment method I chose. When I said I chose Ola money, he said he vl cancel the cab and he actually cancelled it. I have experienced this situation for many number of times.
They say 30 rs for 4km in Ola auto but they don't actually follow it. When I travelled in Ola auto for 3.3 km they charged me 43 rs instead of 30 rs.
All these sort of negative experience are very common with Ola cabs and that's why I say Ola cabs are the worst
Let's now see about the specifications.
Was the tour operator helpful - Absolutely Not. The tour operator was not at all helpful.
Tour guide expertise: The tour guide has the worst expertise in guiding.
Travel convenience: While travelling, the seats were comfortable and the drivers mostly drive very rashly.
