I prefer OLA cabs/auto over others .
most of the cabs/auto will be in 1-3km radius from my home and are fast .
Best part is they have various payment options and also credit system where you can pay later after multiple rides within the deadline.
Another thing is that they have corporate program in collaboration with a company where even the employees as well as their dependent people can use OLA corporate on their respective accounts for unofficial purpose also where there is no Surge charge during peak hours.
Main Disadvantage is that drivers prefer direct payment(cash or digital payment directly to the driver) than payment made through app and sometimes even refuse rides for the same reason .
Overall OLA is good and the app UI is userfriendly
