I had the worst experience with Ola Cabs on Sunday 29th December 2017 . . I had to be at the Bangalore Airport at 4 am and had booked an Ola cab the previous day for a car to reach my residence at 3 am. The Ola driver called at 2 10 am and took the address, he called again at 2 30 and took more directions and did not arrive until 3 10 am. When I called the driver's number I was shocked to find it switched off! I called Ola and they confirmed that the driver had switched off his phone but will arrange another one in 5 minutes. I received the number of the next driver but when I called him I was horrified to find he had no clue about taking me to the airport and that he was 45 minutes away! By now it was 3 25 am. I gave up on Ola and did not succeed in getting another taxi. I drove my car to the airport, parked it there and just made it for the flight somehow. The question is what if I could not drive? I called Ola thrice after that and told them about the horrible experience but till date no senior manager of Ola has bothered to call me and apologise. I would strongly urge people to use Ola cabs ONLY if you do not have a deadline to reach a destination because they are extremely irresponsible and completely unprofessional. As for me, I will never ever take another Ola Cab.
