I am a corporate employee at the corporate sector, so every now and then I have to return my home late night after my office concludes at 11 pm at night.
by then having no option I have to book ola cabs for returning my home.
I have been travelling with Ola cabs for past few years now.
After the every book, my cabs arrives around 20-30 minutes late, and a lot of times cabs are not found on my specific route, so I have to wait a more extra time for the available cab to come up.
Ola operators don't agree to go more than 20 kilometers at night time and most of the drivers turn down to go and they go back even after the booking is completed.
I am sharing one of my experience with Ola, One day after my office closes at the night time as usual, I was standing on the road crossing, by then I had booked my ola cabs, so I was waiting for my cab to come up. usually my office breaks up at 11 pm so very naturally coming out from the office by 11: 05 I booked my cab. so I was standing on the road from 11: 10 onwards, nearly 1/2 an hour later off it's reaching time my cab turned up to pick up myself, I boarded my taxi , the cab was most probably a maruti swift desire and that was too old too, so the taxi itself came half an hour later and I was very impatient and tired to reach my home that time. after the middle of our journey, there is a place called taratala, taratala is basically a bus stopage so by then the bus service would have been closed and there was some people standing, waiting for a transport to travel so that they can reach their home.
and that is a common thing in that bus stopage, whenever I come across that route in that late night people over there standing for the transport agree to pay a lot more for their transport to return their home.
so what my 'that fellow 'dirver did, he stopped the cab and picked up two passenger in the cab from those one took the front seat beside the driver.
For the sake of gentleness despite being very reluctant from the driver's conduct, I didn't say a single word, though during the departure time I heavily protested to the driver alone that why he did this thing knowing that that cab was booked personally from my side and I am paying the legitimate fare for it, so he listened and daperted.
here was a story regarding Ola cab services, a lot more inconvenience we face while travelling with Ola, a lot of friends of mine have a strong dislike regarding Ola, like Ola stops with a regular intervals during the ride, Ola often arrives late from it's punctual time and sometimes Ola charges a lot of additional money also.
I will not make any controversial word regarding anything but what I feel regarding the personal cab services,
Uber is relatively 10 times better than Ola.
That's my personal opinion about the Ola-Uber duo.
