Auto arrived, driver saw that husband and I had luggage and our small dog ( 10 kg house pet) on a short leash. He was rude to start with, giving contorted facial expressions like he was put off by us, despite us being polite and friendly. He sat there and let my husband load up 2 guitars and an amplifier before telling us our pet wasn't allowed to ride, knowing full well I would be holding her securely. If it's Ola policy to allow drivers to indulge in religious discrimination, according to their whims, at least this jerk could have told us up front that our pet wouldn't be allowed, but just because he's a hateful, intolerant idiot, he deliberately wasted our time and troubled us with loading heavy items before turning us away, and sat on his lazy rear while my husband had to unload everything.
Ola must be more discerning in their hiring practices, stop hiring zealots who use religion as an excuse to treat other people like crap. If every small thing in life, including quiet, small, domesticated, house trained dogs, offends your precious religious sentiments, you should stay home and refrain from going out in public altogether so the rest of us can live in peace without being subjected to your hate and discrimination. Better yet, go live in a cave, far away from civilized, rational humans who are trying to coexist peacefully.
