I have booked a cab CRN103081830 two days in advance because it was really important for me to go. However I never received a call/ sms and when I call them 5 minutes before actual pick up time, they shared me the driver number, when I called the driver said he is half an hour away and suggested to change booking to a near one.
I immediately received an automated call that gave an option please press 1 if you want to cancel this booking and have another one booked nearby. I pressed 1 and the existing booking got cancelled. I never got a new booking number/ sms. When I call the customer care they say I have cancelled the booking and they would entertain the call only after I do a new booking.
Now I understood how I was tricked in to cancelling my cab myself. The new booking had to be done by me and would not be automated as I assumed, Now on records'I raised the cancellation request' and'it was not their mistake not to provide a cab'
I did not find any cabs with their app finally have to go for Meru with a very high price.
What feels bad is not the extra bucks but the feeling that you are cheated, will NEVER book with them again.
