I had renewed Oda Class subscription for my child for the 3rd year. 1st year was good.
However, for the 3rd year renewal, it seems the teachers are also given targets. One teacher named Shilpa with pathetic communication skills, kept calling mindlessly from 99019xxxx for renewal for 3 months prior to current session end. Many time I had told her to call only with prior appoint and that can be done by a simple message on WhatsApp or SMS, but this arrogant employee just ignored and kept calling during my meetings, tours etc. but if I or someone coordinating for me called back, she would not answer the call.
Then another sales guy - Muzzaffar Khan started calling from 990294xxxx started calling. He is well behaved but was responsible only till payment was received by Oda. After that, though I followed up repeatedly for invoice etc. He does not provide. Nor does anyone from Oda provide.
Once class started, it seems there is new set of teachers and coordinators who are pathetically trained, rude and foul mouthed. One coordinator Hina will repeatedly calls from 966350xxxx and will Order(yes that's right) to have my child join the class.
When my child cannot join, she will inform through WhatsApp, but these coordinators will insist to join for few minutes.
Then again another rude male and female(Shakshi Bali) called from 812362xxxx without appointment and ordered me to have my child join the class I told she is not well and will not join. Then she asked me to join for 11 minutes.
What is this non-sense? You do not know that you are calling without appointments and asking parents to do stupid things?
The male asked me why should he take appointment? Are we free? Is that what they assumed and have been told? Are they going to award degrees or just provide tuition? Have they been told that parents are your juniors and totally forgot they the child and the parents are your customers and you have to behave like a service provider?
I emailed numerous nos. on the internet that supposed belongs to Oda Class, none works. I emailed support email if of Oda Class, it bounced.
I found another email lD of Oda support on pigeon education. No action yet.
Who is responsible in Oda to ensure these coordinators, teachers and till the level of founder and owner - know that they are just a service provider and need to behave well?
