Dear vikas,
I don't know why you are so angry on ONGC where you had selected to complete your training.
You must beleave that in organisation like ONGC there are hundreds of such doctors/ scientists/ engineers who can change the shape of company in a day.
But unfortunately most of the employee may not be perfect all the time.
Also company policy do not allow them to do some thing to show a training student.
You are having experience of work at labs of ONGC.
If u get time to see the environment at the location of Core Work centre i.e. drill site, off-shore installation you will appreciate, try to understand mental status of such persons who might have worked in very hostile situation earlier presentely has been posted in Office.
ONGC is a great company looking for bright future of the nation.
Some time most of the organisations are also faces problem of incompetent persons who had got by any other means.
