O General is one of the top and best products of India. The cooling is excellent and its functional capacity is ok and it senses the room temperature, brings fast cooling.
The functioning of compressor goes fading and weak as used for long time periods. It is of sound free and since it is split ac, it feels good in design and cooling.
Reliability is not good and service, maintainance and support is moderate that they could n't easily clear with the problem arises in the air conditioner.
Value for money is good with this product but the fuction of AC with time is unsatisfied.
