With Reference to Complaint Ticket No-DEL11705310170
As discussed today with your customer service team, I am writing this mail again to elaborate my issue that I am currently facing. I purchased my ogeneral AC from Vijay sales on 27th of May 2017 and got it installed on 28th May 2017 by Ogeneral team.
Your O general installation team was so much in hurry that they didn't installed the unit properly and didn't even wait for 5 minutes to check if it's working properly. On 31st of May I logged a complaint
with respect to AC for following reasons
1.AC not installed properly( 3 major bolts are still lying which were not used to tighten the unit due to which there is a lot of gap in the AC body VS unit)
2.AC is making lot of noise, especially when compressor gets on, it gives irritating sound, even worse than cooler. It seems I have bought a second-hand cooler instead of AC.
3.The swinger is making lot of noise either its still or in motion
4.Fan is making horrible noise, as per sent technician, once room is cool, put the fan on lowest mode and then u won't get any noise, which is not at all a solution.
5.AC trips quite often
This ticket was assigned to Naresh(9599091606)as mentioned in the SMS that I received. They sent 2 very unprofessional technician who were not wearing ogeneral attire neither had any id. They checked the AC and observed the same points as mentioned above. However, refused to mention on the bill to get it replaced from the dealer as they said they are not authorized by Ogeneral.
So my first question to ogeneral is why do u send unauthorized people for checking?
Moreover, this guy was so rude and kept on stating that no matter how many complaints you do to ogeneral
they will assign the new complaint to us only as we handle this area. He also stated that ogeneral is famous for their AC because of lot of Noise.and as far as swinger noise is concerned that will go off with time once the plastic body will be .r u really serious guys that u had sent an engineer or some uneducated or illiterate person.
After all this story I called his manager and talked to him and escalated the matter.basis which he
provided the feedback to Mr. Suryakant(08800898447) who is the area manager for ogeneral and told him that AC should be replaced with new one.
Hence I request the ogeneral team to look into this matter at the earliest and help us in getting this
AC replaced. I have already gone through such horrible experience and don't expect any further delays.Expect immediate action to be taken at your end.
NOTE: Attached is the image of crack that was made my the technician that was sent to check the unit and 2nd is the image of bolts that were not tightened by the installation team at the time of
installation.
PS: the sent technician was a vendor of the third party from Budhvihar.
