I saw the wonderful reviews about nykaa here. I am new to nykaa. I have made only 2 or 3 purchases. Unfortunately in such a short time I am having a very bad experience. On 26th January I happened to purchase vitabiotics food suplements from them. Soon after ordering I had to see a doctor for back pain. Along with other pain killers he prescribed some other supplements. So even before the item reached me I raised a cancellation request. Nykaa does not have the facilty of cancelling on your own like amazon etc. They accepted the request and the shipment was diverted back and was received by them. But till date I have not received my refund. It is 2 weeks since the date they said I would receive my refund. I keep on calling them every 3rd day and each customer care representative give different response about refund dates. One of them a few days ago even said the refund is already initiated and I have to get in touch with the credit card bank. So I raised a dispute with the bank. But I feel that is not true because when I contacted nykaa customer care again today, the guy said the refund was initiated only yesterday. Now I wonder whether I will get the money back.
