This is a review comprising the events that happened when I reported a Aesthetic quality issue after purchasing Nokia E 71 from themobile store.
There is still no action on the complaint.
Care by Nokia(in brief)
1) Purchased phone from The Mobile store, noticed problem in a day.
2) Told Mobile store staff( Name of Executive:- Shweta) about problem, she told to contact Nokia
3) Nokia contacted on email, reply received “pl go to Nokia Care”
4) Went to Nokia Care, tolerated misbehaviour of girls sitting there & got to listen you should not have purchased the phone.
5) Complained to Nokia through email regarding the incident at Nokia Care centre.
6) Got reply from Nokia “we are sorry, pl tell us complete address of the said Nokia Care Centre
7) Replied back with full address
8) Got reply, Sorry for the problem. Kindly go to some other Nokia Care centre for resolution.
Though the phone has no functional quality issue yet I do remember the incident whenever the issue/problem catches my attention. I now plan to write to Global CEO of Nokia & mobile store for their information only.
