One of the best cell phones....... Review on Nokia 5110

The Nokia 5110 is one of the strongest, most reliable and most durable cell phones available in market.

One of my friends teases me that the phone looks like a cordless. ;o) But when I had bought this phone it was one of the hippest cell phones available, and I still feel it's not gone out of style. Though it is a little bigger in size, but it is very practical, affordable and tough. I must have dropped my cell phone zillion times but to my shock it's still functioning.

One can be as free as he wants to. Upto 5 hours of talktime, short messages, saving names and numbers, ringtones and above all showing it off the way you want.

There are many ways to express yourself. In what you say, or do, or the choices you make. They are all ways of expressing ourselves. With Nokia 5110, you can express yourself the way you want to. Everytime, your mood changes you can snap on the cover of your choice and change the look of your phone in minutes.

The features include what the people exactly need. No small buttons, no fancy, nothing of that kind. It basically includes the same features as 3210 and 8210 except for the games and enhanced graphics. It is still one of the most popular models of Nokia.

The signal reception is very clear. The battery lasts very long.....It can last upto 3 days without charging!! I have been using this phone for the past 4 years and frankly speaking I haven't experienced a single problem with my phone.

Display:-Offers a high resolution, illuminated, graphical display. With a full screen cursor editor and also includes the Signal, battery and status indicators.

Weight: -It weighs about 170 gms with the standard battery. Though it is heavier than the other cellular phones available in the market but it gives a longer lasting battery.

Call management:-Speed dialing, Call repeat, Call waiting / call hold, Call divert, Caller identification and Automatic and manual network selection are provided.

User Interface: - Gives a simple and easy to understand graphic user interface. Also includes 28 languages option and 30 ringtones out of which 13 are musical.

Memory: - It allows Upto 250 names and numbers in a sim card. Memory availability for the last 8 dialed numbers and 5 received and missed calls.

Short message service: - You can send and receive SMS messages upto 160 characters and sent message delivery reports can be received.

Games: - How can I forget this part!! It has 3 games snake, memory and logic. Snake is an award winning game and gets better with every new model of Nokia. Snake is a real good time pass!! Though memory and logic are pretty boring.

Apart from all this, a variety of accessories are available for 5110 !!!!

In terms of style, user friendliness, strong signal and overall value the cellphone is hard to beat!!

If you're buying a phone for basically the purpose of a mobile phone 5110 maybe one of the best choices available but if it's about your style statement or maybe the sign of your success go for the expensive ones!!!

After reading this review I guess my dad will never buy me a new phone :oP!
