I purchased Nokia 3500c in Oct 2007 in Rs. 6500 and I am close to complete a journey of 4 years with this fone.
So far there have been slight hiccups. Body of this fone is the main concern. Its body is not so strong I must say.

Pros
Sound quality is awesome. Very clear and quite loud sound.
Camera is 2 Mega Pixel so you can take good quality pics.
Very easy to use.
Extendable memory up to 2 GB.
Metal finishing looks really good.
The rear of fone is very soft and the feel is really good.
Keypad is real good, smooth and strong. You will never get a chance to replace your keypad because of its built quality.
Buttons don't get pressed even if it is under your pillow and not locked due to its structure.
Cons
As I said it body is a real concern. If you are a bad handler of fone then you can break this piece in pieces.
Display is not of that good quality. You can see the pixels in it.
If you are a bad handler then don't take this fone otherwise it is a good fone to use.
