On 26th July 2008 I bought a Nokia 1650 mobile phone from the HOTSPOT outlet in S-87, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon for my wife for about Rs. 2000.
Within six months, the phone stopped working . I took it to the HOTSPOT outlet. Since they did not have the Service Job Sheet form they advised me to go to the HOTSPOT outlet in Ansal Plaza in Palam Vihar, which is nearby. I did that, and gave the phone to them on 4/12/2009. For almost two weeks nothing happened. Whenever I spoke to the outlet they told me to contact the Service Centre. When telephoned the Service Centre they told me that the phone has still not reached them.
I tried to tell them that this was not true. Since I had a warranty why should I give it to some unauthorised shop for repairs?
